Delivery & Return Policies
Threefurr provides delivery services within Singapore only. Hang tight as we work on logistics for delivery services to other regions!
- Delivery fees are chargeable at $1 per location, and available for free with a minimum purchase of $50.
- When you place an order with us, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Subsequently, we will follow up with an update via email on the delivery date.

- Refunds and returns are only valid for incorrect or defective items (shucks, that’s embarrassing!)
- Returns & exchanges are only valid for incorrect product orders. To initiate this process:
- Please drop an email to email@example.com with your order ID and let us know which item needs to be returned. Do provide us up to 3 working days to get back to you.
- Product must be unused and in their original packaging for an exchange.
- Exchanges of products for a different size or colour are subject to product availability. We will provide more instructions on the delivery to return the product when we reply to your email.
- Refunds are only valid for defective items, subject to a case-by-case basis. Please provide images as proof of defective products in your email to threefurr.
- Refunds will be credited to the card used for the transaction within 2 weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return and process your return upon receiving it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the respective banks to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Delivery fees are free for returns – exchanges & refunds.
